By using the Services of this website, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire Website.

It has always been Beaute4u’s policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

The information collected from you at the time you place an order either on you or those you give to will be store in our database and is use solely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Terms of Sale:

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

We undertake to supply you with the goods described in Beaute4u.com by any date you might reasonably knowing that our products has to be processed and posted. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone 012-3860301. Some of our product are nearly always available for immediate dispatch; those with a shorter keeping life may not. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible and not longer than 30 days.

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified.

Refunds & Exchange Policy: We always make sure that all our products are in good condition before packing otherwise we will inform you if we have no replacement stock.

In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied ; refunds or exchange is not acceptable unless you received an incorrect item (s) or any factory defected item(s).

Please note that term of "incorrect item" does not include subjective reasons such as dimension is not what customer expected (if the item dimension already stated clearly on website), not up to expectation and changing mind.

However, if the item(s) is has a defect, but the product must not have been used, customer can look for exchange within 3 days from the date of received with us by email or telephone. Any late response will not be entertained. We will track the date you received your order. Please provide photos and describe the damage in email to us: order@beaute4u.com.

Item(s) required to be returned within 3 days upon confirmation of exchange or return with us. All delivery cost (from and to) will be borne by customers.

The following guidelines apply in the exchange or return:- • Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable for returns and exchanges. • Discounted or special-priced item(s) is final and will not be accepted for exchange. • For incorrect item(s), we will deliver to you the correct item(s) after we received the incorrect item(s). And it is subject to stock availability • The refund will only bank-in to your personal bank account.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item(s) sent back to us for exchange. Please pack the item properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and send it by any registered courier service (POSLAJU / AIRPAK preferably). We strongly advise you to get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been received and checked by us. In the unlikely event that you have not received an email within 5 days of returning your items, contact us and we shall get back to you within 24 hours during business day.

Complaints: We take any of our customer complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you almost by return, but during Public Holiday this might lead to a delay of 24 hours.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content:

The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Beaute4u or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Beaute4u and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
